## Simple Summary

This proposal updates the chain-level distribution of oDOLO emissions to better align incentives with current protocol priorities and market activity. It removes Botanix from the active oDOLO emission schedule, keeps Ethereum and Berachain allocations unchanged, and redirects the freed allocation to Arbitrum.

## Abstract

Since DIP-04, Dolomite has continued to mature across its active deployments. Ethereum remains the protocol's largest TVL base, Berachain remains an active supported market, and Arbitrum continues to be Dolomite's longest-running and most diversified deployment.

This proposal makes a narrow adjustment to the current chain-level emission weights. Botanix's 5% allocation is reduced to 0%, and that 5% is moved to Arbitrum. Ethereum remains at 35%, reflecting its large TVL base and existing external incentive support. Berachain remains at 15%, preserving its current steady-state allocation while avoiding further disruption to users and markets there.

## Motivation & Background

* Remove Botanix from active oDOLO emissions. Botanix has not developed enough sustained Dolomite activity to justify continued chain-level oDOLO incentives at this time. Pausing emissions allows the protocol to redirect incentives toward a more active deployment while preserving the option to revisit Botanix in the future if conditions change.
* Keep Berachain at its current steady-state allocation. DIP-04 already reduced Berachain from its earlier bootstrap allocation. This proposal leaves Berachain at 15%, maintaining support for existing users and markets without increasing its share.
* Leave Ethereum unchanged. Ethereum continues to anchor the majority of Dolomite TVL and borrow demand, but it also benefits from strong market-specific demand and external incentive support around assets such as USD1. Keeping Ethereum at 35% avoids over-allocating incremental oDOLO where other drivers are already working.
* Increase Arbitrum incentives. Arbitrum is Dolomite's longest-running deployment, has the protocol's broadest user base, and presents a significant opportunity for growth.

## Economic & Market Impact

This proposal aims to:

* **Improve incentive efficiency:** Move emissions away from a chain with limited active Dolomite scale and toward a deployment with a larger user base and greater opportunity.
* **Support Arbitrum growth:** Increase incentives on Dolomite's longest-running deployment, where additional oDOLO can support stablecoin and majors depth, GM-related strategies, and broader market activity.
* **Maintain continuity on Berachain:** Keep Berachain's existing 15% allocation intact rather than making another reduction immediately after DIP-04.
* **Avoid over-adjusting Ethereum:** Leave Ethereum unchanged at 35%, recognizing both its scale and the fact that other market forces are already supporting activity there.

## Risks & Considerations

* Reducing Botanix emissions to 0% is likely to reduce liquidity and activity on Dolomite's Botanix deployment, however it already sees very low liquidity and use.
* Arbitrum may not convert the additional allocation into proportional TVL or borrow growth.
* Leaving Berachain unchanged preserves continuity, but doesn't increase investment in its growth.
* Any chain-level allocation should continue to be monitored against TVL, borrow demand, user activity, and how recipients use oDOLO after claiming.

## Implementation Plan

* Update the chain-level oDOLO emission distribution to the new weights.
* Remove Botanix assets from the active oDOLO emission schedule.
* Redirect the freed Botanix allocation to Arbitrum.
* Update any internal reward configuration, UI copy, and community-facing materials that display the active chain-level distribution.
* Announce the changes to the community with the effective date.

## Success Criteria & Metrics

* Change in TVL of affected assets and chains.
* Change in borrow demand and utilization on Arbitrum.
* oDOLO claim, conversion, and lock behavior by chain.
* Stability of Berachain markets after maintaining the 15% allocation.
* Confirmation that Botanix emissions are fully paused after implementation.
