Switching Networks

Brief overview on the implications of networks on Dolomite.

Dolomite operates across multiple networks. Each network has its own assets, liquidity, rates, gas token, and supported features.

The Dolomite app currently supports:

Network	Gas token
Ethereum	ETH
Arbitrum	ETH
Berachain	BERA
Mantle	MNT
X Layer	OKB

The network selector in the app is the current source for network availability. A contract deployment alone does not mean a network is available as a supported product network.

Switch Networks

The process for switching to a different network will be different depending on the wallet. The easiest way to switch networks, is to have the Dolomite app push the change to your wallet.

1. Open the Network Selector

The current network appears in the app navigation. If your wallet is connected to an unsupported network, the app may display a "Wrong Network" message.

Open the selector to see the networks currently supported by the app.

2. Choose a Network

Select the network you want to use. Your wallet will ask you to approve the switch.

3. Approve the Network in Your Wallet

Note: Metamask will have another window pop up after this one, to confirm the Network switch.

If the network is not already configured, your wallet may ask permission to add it before switching. Review the network details shown by your wallet before approving.

Once connected, the app will show the assets and positions associated with that network.

Assets, available liquidity, rates, rewards, and product capabilities vary by network.

Fund the Destination Network

You need the destination network's gas token before transacting. Use an official network bridge or another route you trust, confirm the destination network and token, and review fees before transferring. Bridge availability and supported routes can change, so this guide does not prescribe a universal bridge.

Never send an asset to a network or contract address without verifying that the destination supports it. A token with the same symbol can use different contract addresses across networks.
